The Ow: Like most professional services practices, Barotz Dental—a premier dental practice located in downtown Denver—relies on word-of-mouth referrals and positive online reviews for a significant portion of their business. While referrals have worked, the challenge was the implementation and follow-through, which consisted of an administrative assistant following up with a patient after an appointment and simply making the request. Enter Sneezebox.
The WOW: We developed a custom referral SmartStory for Barotz Dental that solved a number of important logistical problems. Now, after an appointment, the administrative assistant simply logs into Sneezebox and sends the referral SmartStory to the patient. The patient receives a follow-up video that is personalized from Dr. Barotz who inquires about their treatment and invited them to call him personally if they received anything less than five-star service. He then requests they write a positive review on one of several social media outlets and also offers a referral incentive of free dentistry for telling others. The transactional part of Sneezebox makes it very easy then for patients to connect and write social reviews and also to refer three friends with a few keystrokes and a click of the mouse. On the backend, all of the data is tracked so Barotz Dental knows who is referring and reviewing and who is not.

The Ow: The PROvision Network developed an invaluable resource to help families who have lost a loved one deal with life transition and the many complicated steps involved in managing an estate. Their business model for their Charitable Giving PRO product is targeted primarily to faith-based organizations, such as churches and hospices—but the challenge was how to scale the outreach and connection with so many prospects and so few resources. Sneezebox for Sales was the perfect solution.
